Andy Harding is an ex Military Officer who has come from a mixed range of Training Duties. Over his many years of training individuals, he understands that not everyone learns in the same way. Being flexible in how the training is delivered is very key in the success of the student.
He has also had successful experience with students with various educational needs.
Andy trained to become a Driving Instructor in July 2016 with a national school. Since then, he developed his skills and gained more qualifications. Not wanting to sit on his laurels, Andy’s values towards driver training of “Always be learning” qualified him to be a DVSA approved Fleet Driver Trainer in August 2018. In May 2019, Andy recognised the need to expand the training Fleet by adding an automatic car.
Andy left the national school to become an Independent Driving Instructor in September 2019.
In 2021. Looking forward in the future of Hybrid and Electric vehicles, Andy decided to stay focused in teaching automatic only.
Andy has passed Both the “Institute of Advanced Motorist” Car and Motorcycle Tests achieving a “First” in the Car Test.
